Darren Somerton Darren has been with the company since the beginning. He started as Head Chef at The Chaser, and then moved on to Manager . Darren is now Operations Manager for the group as well as managing The Chaser. He still has a real love for great food and has also now developed one for wine too!! |

Nikki Kitchener Nikki has been behind the bar at The Chaser on and off since we opened in 2003, she is a big music fan and wannabe DJ along with her partner Graham who also works behind the bar here.

Peter Laidlow Started back in 2003 as Sous Chef then moved up the ranks to the dizzy heights of Head Chef. Pete has carried on the traditional rustic style of The Chaser which is so popular with our customers. One of our more mature members of staff (sounds so much more polite than old)!! He does have his work cut out controlling his 9 chefs. |
