Richard Barrett An addition to The Chaser team in July 06 in the position of Deputy Manager and is now the Manager. Richard is a lover of fine food, wine and lively ambience, often seen on the dance floors of Kent; he is a keen golfer (not a very good one). Also a fitness fan. Keep an eye out for his ever changing hair colour? |

Nikki Kitchener Nikki has been behind the bar at The Chaser on and off since we opened in 2003, she is a big music fan and wannabe DJ along with her partner Graham who also works behind the bar here.

Peter Laidlow Started back in 2003 as Sous Chef then moved up the ranks to the dizzy heights of Head Chef. Pete has carried on the traditional rustic style of The Chaser which is so popular with our customers. One of our more mature members of staff (sounds so much more polite than old)!! He does have his work cut out controlling his 9 chefs. |

Steve Ednie Our football mad Sous Chef has a deft touch both on the field and in the kitchen. Plays part time football for local AFC Valour and full time at The Chaser. |

Yordan Yordanov Arrived from Bulgaria, Yordan is a Chef de Partie who enjoys a good movie and a good book, also he loves his wife so much he had to bring her over to work with him in the kitchen, god bless. |
